Not the best experience, to make a long story short, I had my car towed to Southern because it suddenly stopped running on 7/22/24. I didn't have an appointment because I didn't expect it to breakdown su had my car towed to Southern because it suddenly stopped running on 7/22/24. Instead of placing me on the service schedule, I was told that my car would be serviced when a mechanic became available. My car was finally serviced and ready on 9/17/24 :( More
