My Forster was totaled in an accident, but, I wasn’t. My 2016 Subaru Legacy was totaled in auto accident. Needed a new one ASAP. Jason found me a new 2022 Subaru Legacy that was in transit & I was able to purchase it 4 days later. He was great. 2 weeks later I met with Kevin, Subaru Love, to go over any questions I had regarding operation of vehicle, icons, screens etc. As I had previously owned a Legacy, I was familiar with the operation but the icons & screens threw me. Kevin spent over 30 minutes explaining the icons & screens. What a great service! Thank you so much More

The beginning was great. People were nice. The car I wanted I was told wasn't available. I got the next one I wanted. Then turns out the one I wanted was available at anothe People were nice. The car I wanted I was told wasn't available. I got the next one I wanted. Then turns out the one I wanted was available at another location. I went back and was told I signed the contract. There was nothing they could do. They said I had 48 hours to have returned it but I didn't see the one that was available until 6 days later. It had been available at another location in the company come to find out. I was told every one worked hard to get me the payment I wanted and the other car being 600 more would have made my payment 100 more. I said I do appreciate what everyone did and at the time it was a good experience. But that is the job of the people who work their to help people get the car they want. I explained it's the principle of it. The one I wanted I was told wasn't available and I wasn't given the opportunity to make the decision. Even if my decision would have been to say no. Now I won't know. So started out very good but in the end I was made to feel it was my fault and I should have known better. It left a bad taste in my mouth. They have a job and regardless of them saying to me they worked hard to get me my payment I am sure they still made money. I was told I could trade and have a 200 dollar more a month payment. I came away frustrated and defeated. I didn't wait months as soon as I saw the car I originally wanted I informed the sales person. I felt like they were putting it all on me. The finance person I spoke with told me you had the opportunity to change your mind but you still signed all the forms. I did sign because I thought one one I wanted wasn't available. Logically if the isn't available at that location and there is another location wouldn't you think they would check? The one at their dealership was sold but the other Nissan dealership had one. I came away sad and frustrated. This is the last car I'll own and don't get me wrong I like it but it's a second choice. If anyone goes there just make sure the one you want is really available. In the end I feel like as big as that dealership is they could have helped me more. I didn't want a lot just the original vehicle I wanted at the same payment. A 2021 instead of a 2022. I won't go back. More
