I was especially impressed that David Dillon (First Team President and General Manager) was out on the grounds making sure that everyone was being thoroughly helped and satisfied. We got an overview from David and he was quick to answer our questions and was knowledgeable of his dealership. That impressed me as usually the president does not generally interact with customers.
