First Let me Start by say that First Team auto is like famiy. The first time we visited Firts team lasy year, Horatio gave us a very warm feeling about what Vehicle that would fit our needs and what we co famiy. Horatio sold us a 2011 Nissan Sentra which we love. From Horatio all the way down to signing the final papers to take possession of our new car the entire staff made us feel like we were home. as time went realized that the Nissan was a little small for us. On 3-28-2012 we had the Nissan Sentra in for routine service and we were strolling through the lot looking at something a little bigger. We saw Horatio walk out so we flagged him down, asked him what he could do for us on a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Horatio imediately went to work and came up with a deal we could not pass up. Once again from Horatio, Jeff, and the rest of the staff we met, we are very pleased with First Team Auto and would Highly Recomend First Team to family and Friends. I purchased a volkswagon EOS approximately 2 years ago and have been extremely pleased with both the vehicle as well as the level of service I have received upon taking the car in for warranty service. I've only had a couple of issues with the vehicle and have found First Team personnel to be courteous and thorough in handling things. I took my 2011 Nissan Versa to the First Team Service Center on February 21 for drop off for service to be done on February 22. To my surprise, I was greeted by Sammy who immediately opened the service doors and asked me to bring the car on in. Sammy and Tyler took care of making sure of the items that I needed to be addressed. First Team contacted me both at my home number and my cell to advise that work had been completed much earlier than expected. When I returned on Wednesday to pick up my vehcile, Sammy and Tyler greeted me immediately and made sure that I was aware of the outcome of the items that I was concerned about and made every effort to answer any questions. Your team is more like a family. When I originally purchased my vehicle I had never dealt with First Team but I have been wonderfully impressed with the staff and service that I receive. We went to this First Team Auto Body to look into purchasing a new vehicle because we wanted more space, and we were interested in trading in our current SUV.
