Overpriced and charged 65 dollars more than the estimate . Refunded 25 dollars but 17% shop supply charge on labor and parts is ridiculous. Car still wouldn’t start so I informed Hyundai service that someone was coming to tow. When the tow truck driver got there they told him that they didn’t have the key or the car. My son went there to meet the driver and they finally located the key and car. Female employee had to double check that the key wasn’t already in the car and then made a rude remark about a prescription bottle that was in the door, something along the line that there was good money in that. It was an old bottle with a couple of inflation needles not drug trade. My son thinks that because he was walking with the tow truck driver that she didn’t know he was the car owner. Totally unprofessional, will never go back. More
