I had very good experience with my last service on my Subaru. The service representative was prompt in checking in my car and called me when it was ready. The only criticism I have it that when I called Subaru. The service representative was prompt in checking in my car and called me when it was ready. The only criticism I have it that when I called the service department to schedule my service I told the lady that took my call that I wanted a oil change, tires rotated, state inspection and a 48k mile service. I also told her that I didn't need to have new cabin filter. When I checked in for the service I also told the man that I did not need to have a new cabin filter but wanted the 48k mile service. I think that he misread the service order for the 48k mile service and did not include it for the service. The other service of state inspection, oil change and tire rotated were done. I didn't question not having the 48k mile service when I picked up my car because I didn't have time for Subaru to do the service and wait for another hour or so. More

The oil change and inspection were completed as requested, but the tire pressure issue was not addressed, despite an additional request for it to be double checked. The state inspection report indi requested, but the tire pressure issue was not addressed, despite an additional request for it to be double checked. The state inspection report indicated something different than what the vehicle sensors reflected. When I called the dealership and brought up my concerns, they directed me to the exact same person that I dealt with originally instead of a different manager as I requested. I do not feel like the individual I dealt with resolved my concerns, addressed my complaint, or apologized- despite admitting he had made a mistake. This resulted in financial inconvenience for me and at least an hour of my time to fix it myself. Not a great experience for my first time with a dealership under new management. More
