Dustin is THE best. He knew just what we needed and proceeded to put us in the right vehicle. Best car Buying experience for first time buyer Bill Roy by far really went all out for our family and my first time car buyer. We went in thinking we will look and go home, but oh no, 5 minutes wi Bill Roy by far really went all out for our family and my first time car buyer. We went in thinking we will look and go home, but oh no, 5 minutes with Bill and he new exactly what to do with my girl. The first vehicle, no joke and she drove it home. He was patient, answered all of her questions, and made sure the vehicle fit her situation. Could not ask for a better Saturday morning. Please...go and ask for him he will take care of you. I took my 2010 Subaru Outback to First Team on March 8, 2018 to fix an oil leak. They claimed the leak was caused by the oil filter being loose. They tightened the filter, but the oil leak continued. I returned the car to First Team on 4/6/2018, and they claimed the leak was coming from the oil pump. I paid them $752.56 to fix it, but the oil leak continued. After many more visits since then, they tried and failed to properly diagnose the leak. In the meantime, I paid them over $3,000 in maintenance and other engine related repairs, at their recommendation. Finally, on February 6, 2020, they claimed to have found the source of the leak to be a hole in the engine block. After that discovery, they tried and failed to fix the hole with JB Weld. Now they say nothing can be done to fix it. The incompetence of First Team’s service center has cost me thousands of dollars, caused very much inconvenience and frustration, and left me with a car that is almost worthless, even though I followed all of their service recommendations. Trusting my car with First Team was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Do not make the same mistake! More

Mel was so explanatory about several features of the Subaru I had a wonderful experience with First Team Subaru. I was helped by Mel Dobbs and Karen. Mel was so explanatory about several features of the Subaru right from the start. They worked with me on my trade, which was very helpful. I left with a new Forester and love it. I've been back to have the paint sealer protection, etc. Karen was, once again, very helpful. Mel even took time out of his day to answer a couple tech questions I had. They WILL work with you. Ask for Mel!!! More
