First Let me Start by say that First Team auto is like famiy. The first time we visited Firts team lasy year, Horatio gave us a very warm feeling about what Vehicle that would fit our needs and what we co famiy. On 3-28-2012 we had the Nissan Sentra in for routine service and we were strolling through the lot looking at something a little bigger. I took my 2011 Nissan Versa to the First Team Service Center on February 21 for drop off for service to be done on February 22. To my surprise, I was greeted by Sammy who immediately opened the service doors and asked me to bring the car on in. Sammy and Tyler took care of making sure of the items that I needed to be addressed. First Team contacted me both at my home number and my cell to advise that work had been completed much earlier than expected. When I returned on Wednesday to pick up my vehcile, Sammy and Tyler greeted me immediately and made sure that I was aware of the outcome of the items that I was concerned about and made every effort to answer any questions. Your team is more like a family. When I originally purchased my vehicle I had never dealt with First Team but I have been wonderfully impressed with the staff and service that I receive.
