I brought in my Nissan Frontier in for its first oil change plus a several warranty items. I was greeted by Sammy as soon as I drove in and was able to quickly explain my warranty issues and out the do change plus a several warranty items. My vehicle back right passenger side would not lock into place and I also had an awful squeak when passengers were in the back seat. (BTW the form sheet to explain the "noise issue" is very helpful) When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was once again greeted by Sammy where he explained exactly with the service techs did to resolve my latch issue and the noise issue. As far as the oil change I believe the cost is in line with the quick lubes and other oil change companies. Additionally, a check sheet was provided that detailed all other items reviewed on my vehicle. Overall a very good experience! Thank you, PE More
My experience with first team auto mall started with some emails about cars I had viewed on their website. Every email was answered promptly with all questions answered. The prices listed were very competitive and their used cars seemed to be of better quality and condition than the other dealers I had contacted and visited. Upon arriving at first team I was surprised at how Big a difference there was between them and the other dealers as far as how I was treated. They made it obvious that my business was very important to them. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money on a high priced new car and they gladly showed me the car I was interested in without any hassle or pressure to spend more. I could go on and on about how great this experience was but let me keep it simple by saying this is the best dealership I have ever bought from and the service department has been just as outstanding as the sales team. Don't hesitate to give Doug Gallion a call and let him help yourself with your next vehicle purchase. More
I personally have never dealt with First Team before, but after coming there to buy my new vihicle, I was very impressed. My dealer did a great job in telling me the differences in the vehicles i was lookin after coming there to buy my new vihicle, I was very impressed. My dealer did a great job in telling me the differences in the vehicles i was looking at, the Hundai Santa Fe and the Nissan Pathfinder. All of the pros and cons of each vehicle and the benefits that each vehicle offered were explained to me very well. On top of all of this, it's amazing that the dealership offeres what they do when you buy a new car. I get the free oil changes for the life of my ownership of the vehicle, free inspections, and if I keep all of the service work for my new Pathfinder at First team, they will warranty my engine for life as well. For all of this I highly reccommend Colby Fitzgerald as a salesperson and First Team as a dealership. AMAZING COMPANY to do business with. More
