I had a brand new VW. At 6 months it had spent 2 months in the shop. Service center didn’t seem concerned at all with updating us or going the extra mile to get things taken care of. My Subaru Legacy was rear ended and totaled. I had to find a new car quickly. Because I had several previous experiences with this dealership I looked on their website to check their inventory. I was contacted by Mel Dobbs who had sold me the Legacy last time. He checked with me daily until I was notified about what my insurance coverage would be. He found me another Subaru Legacy, 2022, same color, with even more safety features for a price I could afford.
