My experience with First Team was fantastic. My wife and I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS from First Team Hyundai on March 26, 2013. We had been researching vehicles in the Sonata class for about a year. After comparing Sonata, Camry, Altima, Optima, and Accord, we decided to purchase the Sonata. It had the most standard features, the best body style, and the best warranty. After deciding the car we wanted, we chose First Team as the place we wanted to purchase our vehicle. We dealt with them 7 years ago when we purchased a new Nissan Frontier, and we were pleased with the professionalism of the dealership then. The same is true of our recent purchase! Keith Morris was the salesman we dealt with, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Keith was friendly, courteous, and professional. He listened to what we wanted and went out of his way to make sure the vehicle we chose met our expectations. My wife and I had already determined a monthly payment that we were comfortable with, and when Keith came back with the payments options, it was within our budget. We were able to get this car for $19,850, which is an amazing price! Chip Bennett helped us through all the financial paperwork, and he was a pleasure to deal with, as well. Libby and I continue to be impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the people who work at First Team Auto Mall. Keith did an exceptional job in helping us to purchase our new vehicle. I had been looking to purchase a new automobile for about a year and a half. I had researched three different models (two of which were hybrids) all by different manufacturers. After evaluating my options a year and a half. I had researched three different models (two of which were hybrids) all by different manufacturers. After evaluating my options and the slow recovery in the economy, I had decided to wait another year before making a purchase. Several weeks later one of my automobiles was involved in an accident resulting in a total loss of the vehicle. This forced me to move forward on my previously delayed purchase. Originally I had planned on purchasing an Elantra since it stacked up well against the hybrids when considering total cost of ownership over a 5 or 10 year period. I also, already own one Elantra (2005) and have been very pleased with it. Upon visiting First Team and speaking with Keith Morris, I realized that an option I had not considered was a Sonata Hybrid. There were still several 2012 models in stock and were very competitively priced. When taking into account the 0% interest for 60 months on the Sonata Hybrid as opposed to the 2.9% on the Elantra the upgrade to the Sonata was the only logical choice. On the way home I was able to achieve 45.7 mpg and the ride was very quite and comfortable. I understand this is probably not typical mileage, but I was very pleased. My wife is ecstatic about the all features found on the Sonata Hybrid (leather heated seats front & rear, satellite radio, navigation, dual zone automatic temperature control, blue tooth for hands free cell phone use, etc.). These features are often found only on vehicles costing thousands more. The people at First Team were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of their products. My wife and I really enjoyed the "no pressure" sales technique used at First Team, since it took use several weeks to settle with the insurance company and finalize our decision to buy. We are looking forward to many years of happy motoring in our new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and plan on returning to First Team when it comes time to make another new car purchase. More

We had been considering buying for over a year and had visited many dealerships (in the new river valley and roanoke). We were so impressed with the customer service, prices, and reputation of Fisrt Team we knew we would buy here after the first visit. The others that we encountered at First Team during our purchase (finance reps, VP, and other salespeople) were equally as nice and committed to excellent customer satistfaction. More

If we were not happy with something in the deal, George and Juan worked diligently to make it right by us, not them. I had dealt with two other dealers local to me and got nowhere. It was definitely worth the two hour drive, and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future for my next vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. She looked at several makes and decided on Hyundai. Then she took me to First Team and told me to buy a particular model. I met Kieth Morris and found him to relly know his product. I am a retired engineer and have many years experience negotiatind purchases. In the past I have dreaded the process of haggeling with car dealers, But this time was different. We quickly agreed on features, price and trade-in. I had researched this Sanada and knew what I would pay and we came within my objective. We love the car, it is easy to park, the backup camara is useful and gas milage is excellent. Follow up comunications with Kieth and the Dealership have been outstanding. From this experience with Kieth Morris, maybe I'll re-think my opinion about car dealers. clint More
