My service receipt says I wasted their time? Seriously? I just picked up my car from your service department and noticed it says on the receipt, "Need straight time to be compensated for wasted time with cu I just picked up my car from your service department and noticed it says on the receipt, "Need straight time to be compensated for wasted time with customer and Subaru." RO# 897559 WASTED TIME? I came to your dealership for service, offering you my business. I dropped off my car and was promised (as shown on the receipt), that it would be ready on 25 July 2014. But my car wasn't available until 1 August, 2014. For a one-day job, how is it that I "wasted" your company's time when your own service department couldn't get two parts replaced in over a week's time? That "wasted time" comment is highly unprofessional and represents your dealership poorly. I called your service department numerous times to check on the availability of my car, only to be sent to voice mail from which my calls were never returned. So in fact your service department was wasting MY time. There is also incorrect information regarding "no oil on the dipstick." That is odd because I checked the oil prior to dropping off my car and it was fine. Did it bleed out in the back lot while waiting for someone to eventually work on it? The receipt also states I had worn out tires, and that I declined new tires. How could that be a true statement, because no one ever called me from First Team to begin with! To add to this mess, this is the THIRD catalytic converter needed in this 2008 Outback! The THIRD one. Why is it on the third one, you ask? Because the last one you replaced didn't even last 30,000 miles. Why didn't it last? Because your service department neglected to flash the system the first time around when they last replaced the catalytic converter. I ended up having to call Subaru America because your service department said the part they replaced was "out of warranty now." Subaru America paid half of the repairs this time (repairs that wouldn't have been needed had your service department done the work properly the first time, mind you). I ended up paying $887.23 to fix a problem your own dealership caused, waiting a long time for work to be done, AND got insulted? Not only do I feel like your dealership's service department finds it unpleasant to work on the cars they're paid to work on, but they're also unhappy to deal with the customers that provide the work which provides for their paycheck. I'd like your to acknowledge this matter and correct the situation. For $887.23, I think I deserve better than being referred to as a waste of time. More

Love my xTerra! I had been talking with Mel by phone for several days about locating me a hard to find xTerra S. We went by on Friday to drive the xTerra Pro-4x First Team had on their lot and to start the search process for the other model. Mel was tied up and asked Joe to help us. Having worked at several dealerships myself, I appreciate the fact the salesmen all work together as a team and are not fighting over customers. Once back at the dealership we started discussing the search process. Mr. Munsey stopped by asking how we like the Pro-4x. I told him I loved it but it was more than we planned on spending. (top of the line package) I told him if he got it within my range I'd take it, not believing there was a chance. He did it! He made it work out so that I got the Pro -4x package for within a few dollars a month of what I was planning on spending for the lower model. Felt they were fair with my trade in based on the Kelly Blue Book values I had researched prior to going into dealership. They presented additional options like extended warranties, undercoating, sealants, etc, but I never felt pressured to buy anything other than exactly what I wanted. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, efficient, and made it a super smooth transaction. This was my first experience with First Team Auto and I could not be more pleased with the sales experience and hope in the future the service experience is just as pleasant. More
Wonderful! This is the first place I thought about when I needed a car. He found me a car better than what I started looking for at the same price. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The service after the sale has been spectacular. I got the spare key in less than a week. The options to cover the car beyond the included terms are wonderful. The additional cost is negligible for the peace of mind it offers. Thanks again First Team. My family and I respect a company who is honest and puts its customer first. We will be doing business again in the future. More

Mel Dobbs is an outstanding sales person who has the customer's interest at heart. No pressure. He works with the customer to make sure the buyer is totally pleased with the purchase. The other First Team people we with worked with were most helpful, respective and courteous. Mel made sure we got the best deal possible for the vehicle we wanted and went to great lengths to see that we were totally satisfied with our purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Mel and First Team to anyone. More

All car dealers have "upsale" packages that they try to get you to buy. I like the fact that there is ZERO pressure for these packages at First Team. I have walked out of other dealerships because of their pressure sales. Not the case here. I also have give a big thumbs up for my salesperson, Bill Scott. Working with him on finding the "right vehicle" was a pleasure and not a chore. It was more like sitting down with a neighbor than "dealing with" a salesperson. I would recommend him to anyone who really doesn't like dealing with a pushy salesperson. More
