Would be all five stars but just one small issue I enjoyed working with the staff at First Team. I would give the customer service and quality of work a five star rating but the morning following th I enjoyed working with the staff at First Team. I would give the customer service and quality of work a five star rating but the morning following the night we brought the car home, my wife found a scratch on the gear shift console and wanted it fixed. (It's her first new car in a while and that was important to her.) I called right away and the manager called back very quickly. That was great! My wife took the car in and they took care of getting it looked at and ordering the piece...as I understood. A month later, we haven't heard back from the dealership and the piece has not been replaced. Otherwise, I would have given the whole team a five star rating. More
