Office staff are always pleasant. Saturdays are the only day I can come in and those appointments are often at a premium, but I've learned to plan ahead. I did decline tire rotation as the tires are new and not due, however a rotation was done. I was credited that cost quickly and without argument. I am looking to purchase something new in a few months, and I feel sure Southern Team will get my business. More
