I had a great experience at the dealership. I really like the fact that there are several brands of cars to look at on their lot. When I went in to talk, Linda ask me if I had any thought on what type of car I wanted. I felt no pressure from her at any time. She was very helpful and answered any questions I had. She let me drive at least four different styles and models so I could make a better decision when I bought. I went back the next day to to redrive a couple of the cars. After driving them, she ask me what I thought about the two vehicles. We talked about some concerns and she then offered to show me one more vehicle she thought I would like better. She was right. Renea had a great personality and was a pleasure to deal with also. She was very instrumental in helping me make a decision by helping me negotiate a good price for me and them. Alexis was very personable and easy to talk with during the signing of all the paperwork. He made this part of the deal go smoothly. Overall, I have to say that I was very pleased with everyone I came in contact with at the dealership. I had several salespersons come up and ask if there was anything they could help me with or if something was helping me. You dont find that at alot of other dealerships. I certainly have and will tell other about First Team Auto. More
This was my second new car purchase from First Team Hyundai, and I'm sure it won't be my last if I'm still in Virginia for my next purchase. The First Team Hyundai team was so supportive of me after I Hyundai, and I'm sure it won't be my last if I'm still in Virginia for my next purchase. The First Team Hyundai team was so supportive of me after I recently totaled my 2010 Hyundai Accent. Despite my lack of any cash down and my payment restrictions, they worked diligently to find the car I needed at a price I could afford. I was already excited that they got my interest down to half of my previous loan's rate, but they went one step farther than that. I received a call from Jesse in the finance dept two days after picking up my new car. He asked when I could come in and re-sign some paperwork, because he got my payment LOWERED! Apparently, after I'd already signed the contract, Jesse did some checking and found GAP insurance with a different company at a lower rate. Wow! How many car companies will do that for their customers? So now I'm driving a great Elantra, and I'm loving it! As with my first Hyundai I plan on having all my service performed by the Hyundai service department, because I've had an excellent experience with Ann, Eddie and the service crew. They've always worked with me when I needed to do "some of the work now, and the rest when I can pay for it." I never felt that they tried to recommend any work that wasn't needed. And I've been treated like I AM a valued customer. I have only positive to say about my entire experience from 12/2010 through today. More

Linda worked with me first to get the most information as possible to help me, she listened to me and my reasons and problems. She was always honest of how the situation looked but never gave up. She went personally to David and explained my situation and he made it all happen. Kevin took it from there for the paperwork and the test drive... Everyone was awesome. My daughter and I came home in a 2010 Hyundia Accent that is dependable, nice and affordable. These 3 made it all possible for me and I will never be able to thank them enough.
