Normally when i get to other shop and you don't park vehicle on the correct spot they ask for your key and parked for you this people not, when they see your money they looking you different,( not all p vehicle on the correct spot they ask for your key and parked for you this people not, when they see your money they looking you different,( not all people are the same) I ask for the financial program they just saying process it's complicated, means cash it's better, ( Not all people can afford some car repairs) Need to be more gentle first impression they rude. The work done is ok but customer service in the Hyundai service department is lacking. I have called and left messages 4 times for the service rep I deal with when I take my Sonata in for service dealing w service department is lacking.
