Troy is fantastic to deal with in the service department. Your sales team lacks tenacity in making a deal on another vehicle, in used car showroom, ask them to tell me what my car was worth on a trade in an Your sales team lacks tenacity in making a deal on another vehicle, in used car showroom, ask them to tell me what my car was worth on a trade in and all I got was crickets. I know I owe more than it’s worth on trade in but the sales team didn’t bother to acknowledge I had spoken with them. They didn’t even ask if I had money to put down on another car.
