Slow and not trustworthy I have never been a person to talk bad about a business I am really good about not letting things bother me. Especially in my line of work. But today I have never been a person to talk bad about a business I am really good about not letting things bother me. Especially in my line of work. But today I felt very disrespected and misguided by the sales person. I told the gentleman several times if it is something that I have to pay for I do not want it. I know service departments do extra things to women's car because they know we don't know about this types of things that's why I make sure to say if it's not covered under warranty don't worry about this. I said call me if its anything I will have to pay for I had a friend on the phone with me and she heard me tell him this several times. My appointment was at 830am. My car was finished at 430 that evening first he told me it was only going to be 2 hours to fix. Then when I go to pick up my car he charged me 122 dollars because the problem was not covered with the warranty. I was very upset and so frustrated I just went ahead and paid. I called to speak with a manager and of course no answer. I have several friends who have Hyundai's I will be telling them to not go there. Sincerly, A very upset customer More
