I love my Outback and Nick I love my Outback! I went to Subaru to look at cars that would make me feel safe in our winters here in Oregon. Nick made me feel safe even before we I love my Outback! I went to Subaru to look at cars that would make me feel safe in our winters here in Oregon. Nick made me feel safe even before we drove several cars. He took the time to ask me about my wants, needs, concerns, and then spent time answering each one. As we test drove several cars, I enjoyed the Outback the best! I've had it two winters now and feel safe on the roads in any weather conditions. Nick still takes the time helping me with answers when I call him every now and then when I need advice i.e. Time for oil change, do I need to check my tires, etc. I have sent a few people in to see Nick and they responded with compliments about him! Two cars, no problems. Great Experience! It was my first time on a car lot looking at new cars. I was weary and expecting to meet a pushy salesman, but I quickly felt comfortable with Nick. He took me on a great test drive and was very knowledgable about the cars I was interested in, and helped me pick which was better for my lifestyle. I had just graduated college and was looking for a full time job, and Nick actually helped me get one! It took me 6 months before I had enough saved for the down payment, and had been in my job long enough to qualify for the loan I wanted, but Nick kept in contact to make sure everything was going well and I was finally able to get the car I had been dreaming of.
