Nick Knutson-I dared to hope. I had my 2017 Forester in for routine service and decided to spend my time talking to a salesperson about the differences between my 2017 and the 2020. Nick had been recommended once I gave my criteria for the kind of person, I wanted to chat with to a very nice woman that I spoke to on the phone. We sat outside on the bench, masked and just talked about Subaru’s. I have had 4 new ones over the years and love them. In passing I mentioned that I had an RV that I would like to get rid of. His magic words WERE “we might be able to take it in as a trade in”. Well he had my attention. He worked for days, kept me informed all the way. Initially he said, he could not make it work. But I had a feeling about this young man and I was right. He overcame hurtles, convinced his management that he could make it work. Today I am RV free, have a new 2020 Outback and am one very happy individual with peace of mind on 2 fronts: one I do not have to worry about that RV parked in my drive and second I have another new Subaru that will be my trusted travel companion for years to come. I have to say if anyone is looking for a Suburu you need to see Tony. He is a great guy very nice and totally works with you. He is not pushy , very helpful. This was the best first-car buying experience, all thanks to my salesman, John! After having the worst experience at another Subaru dealer, John made sure this time would be completely different. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to get the car I really wanted in the smoothest experience ever! He made sure I was up to date on the status of the car and that all the paperwork was in order. Knowing I'd have to drive a few hours to be able to pick up the car, he made sure everything was ready when we finally arrived at the dealer. When we arrived, all I had to do was sign, pay, and then off we were! The whole process took about an hour and a half, which included an overview of the car and its functions which made me feel safe on the long ride back home. This was truly a wonderful experience, all thanks to John and his professionalism. I 100% recommend this Dealer and especially John! More

We started our search for a good used vehicle back in February, and when we came to Southern Oregon Subaru we were greeted by AJ Medina. We were impressed with his friendly and easy-going demeanor, as well as his breadth and depth of knowledge about the vehicles. At that time we were just looking and were not ready at that time to make a purchase. Both AJ Medina and Ben Eaton listened attentively to what we were looking for in our next car, and then were diligent in notifying us when vehicles came in that matched our needs, sending photos and descriptions. When we were finally ready to make a purchase, they were very helpful in setting up an appointment for a test drive. When it came time to finalize details of the purchase, AJ worked on getting us a deal that was within our budget, Craig Pena was friendly, efficient, and thorough in helping us complete all of the final paperwork, and we were able to drive our new-to-us car home that afternoon.
