Service Department is great. Never have a problem getting an appointment. They work quickly and have a nice waiting area. I was not impressed with the Sales Department though. I was recommended to him by a family friend and I would recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market for a car. Not only did he do his best to get me a great deal, he also explained some information given to me by another dealership that didn't seem to sit right with me. He gave me a follow up call to make sure I was enjoying my new car and assured me I could call him with questions in the future. Mr. Joyner's personality helped put me at ease and in a more relaxed state. He didn't rush me into making a decision I was not comfortable with and he even gave me some privacy while I contemplated my decision. I can't even get that while shopping for new clothes! Mr. Joyner gave me more than one option and explained the pros and cons of both. I could only get one option with the other dealership and I chose to leave. I just wanted to give my two cents worth; I think Mr. Rick Joyner does a great job and I would be more than happy to refer customers to him and Hall Nissan of Western Branch. More
I had an excellent sales service with AJ (Amanda). I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted since I found the car on the internet and she made the test drive and buying process easy. I was sold the car for the price listed on the internet and didn't have to worry about haggling or anything. It was a great experience for a first time buyer. The only bad thing would be that I bought the car before it was Nissan certified so there is an something causing the engine light to come on (its a used car with 68k miles FYI). However the sales and service department worked to schedule me a service appointment and a car rental while the issue is being repaired, free of charge since I had bought the car before all the little used-car-bugs were fixed. I will most definitely come back for service, inspections, and in the future another car. More

I went into look at the vehicles today. Didn't have any expectations because I didn't know if I had good enough credit or not to get a new vehicle. I was greeted by Rick Joyner and he was not pushy. I was against buying a Versa because I didn't think it had enough room. He proved me wrong. I have been a Nissan Sentra owner for quite some time. Today I bought my 4th Nissan which I am the proud owner of a 2010 Versa. I was very impressed as the last time I bought a car from Hall I wasn't treated right. I took the chance and had a wonderful experience. Both Rick and Tom/finance were very gracious to me and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that I had been approved for a new car. It restored my faith in Nissan and would recommend others to go there to buy a vehicle. More

I experienced excellent customer service when I visited this dealership. Rick Joyner, the salesman who worked with me made my 12 years old son and I feel very comfortable and explained everything thorough this dealership. I gave him a price and length of time that I wanted payments to be and he met my requirements. He also worked out for me to have more options on the car while staying within my payment range and was able to get excellent finacing (1.9%) for me. I found this to be the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. Rick Joyner as well as the other staff at Hall Nissan were very friendly and helped make this a good experience for me as well as my 12 years old son who did not ask once, what time are we going to leave from here. Service is always friendly, courteous and reasonably fast. Records seem to be well kept. I have always had a good experience on my visits! Hi,on the recommendation of a former employee(John Terrell) I ventured onto their website on 2-9-10. Just after that visit, Michelle from their company called me, it was about 2100, she was very sweet Terrell) I ventured onto their website on 2-9-10. She asked if I had any questions, what type of gift card I wanted, which car was I thinking about, which dealership was I considering, when did i think I might visit. I said tomorrow, she asked about what time and did I need directions, I said about 0900 and yes I needed directions. She was so sweet and seemed genuinely nice. Even though it was snowing Wednesday, I ventured forth because I had told Michelle I would be there. When I arrived, everyone was very nice and asked if they could assist me. Michelle had given me the names of the internet team I would be working with... Rick or Kyle. Rick Joyner came in and started helping me right away (with his coat still on). He "held my hand" and walked me through a test drive, options, finance stuff, car info and comparisons, answered all of my questions and introduced me to everyone that came in his office regarding my purchase. I am going through a divorce, just moved, have been working at Sentara for just a year, have a home in foreclosure, have past bankruptcies, and not so perfect credit. I really had no true hope of being able to buy a new car. In less 3 hours, I was approved !!! It seemed like everyone, especially Rick, was doing there very best to help me. There was no recrimination about my credit history, just helpful suggestions. I feel that Rick and the entire Hall Chesapeake Nissan team went to bat for me, bent over backwards for me, and made sure that I was taken care of in the very best possible manner. It was so smooth, I still feel like it's a bit unreal. Tom McNally showed me a video, explained even more and wonderful options and things to me, and answered a lot of questions. Rick went over the car with me after filling it with gas, making sure it was extra clean and even knocked off some nasty icicles for me. I drove my new bright blue Nissan Versa off the lot by about 1400. The whole process was so smooth, friendly, informative, and easy. Without Michelle's call Tuesday, I wouldn't have braved the snow and visited their dealership. Without Rick, I wouldn't have felt comfortable airing my credit sins and trying to buy a brand new, dependable car. Rick was AWESOME! He answered all of my questions, let me borrow his computer, called my insurance agent and extended every possible courtesy to me. I've heard nasty things about buying cars, but I experienced nothing but wonderful, smiling, compassionate humans with hearts and a willingness to see past my credit score. I can't fully express my gratitude, and joy about the whole experience, and of course, my new Versa!
