During my entire interaction with Mr. Jackson, I felt VIP! Attention was paid to what I both wanted and needed! The norm is that a salesman sells you a car; this is a case where I was guided towards buying the car I needed based on my driving style. Mr. Jackson treated me in VIP fashion not because he was told, but because it is a part of his makeup! This purchase experience tops the previous experience that I've had. I will definitely work with them in the future, and recommend them to all that ask. I was at a local business and ran into Danny who was on his lunch break. He immediately came over and asked about my new Juke, and the trip I took as soon as I bought it. He wanted to know if everything with the car was all I had thought it would be. He asked it I had any problems and stated that if at any time I needed Hall, they were there for me. When he saw the car, he asked whey I did not have license plate protectors on, and I stated I had not received any. He asked that I follow him back to the dealership where he immediately put the protectors on, front and back! I was referred to Eric by a mutual friend while looking for a Nissan Juke. Having done my research, I knew that they were being sold marked up at least 2500 dollars due to the Juke just being released and for a Nissan Juke. Not only did Eric not mark his up, he gave me an extremely good price on it. Eric also gave me what I was asking for my 98 Tacoma trade in. Being in car sales myself and working with a few other dealerships in our area, I was very impressed with the amount of professional courtesy and the quality of his customer service. I also appreciated Jesse Hanson in finance who made the paperwork a breeze and has a very up front and honest attitude which make things much easier. Ive recently had my first service on it and the service department is excellent to work with as far as scheduling, drop off and pick up. They've even followed up with me since then to see how everything went. If you're in the market for a nissan and looking in the area, let me save you a lot of time. Go see Eric and Jesse, not only did they beat everyone within 200 miles in price according to the USAA buying service, they were much easier to deal with. Thanks guys and keep up the great work! I was very pleased with the service by both sales person Sabir Carledge and his Manager Eric Richards. They were both very friendly and helpful. I got a brand new 2011 Nissan Sentra at a good rate. Eric and Sabir did all that they could to get me a good quality car, that I liked, and could afford. Well, my father and I were looking for me a car for about 6mos. We went to every car company, including Hall Western Branch (just browsing didn't speak to anyone). My dad and I went to Beach Ford and saw a 2009 Nissan Versa that came with 30k miles, a lifetime warranty on the engine, $10 oil changes, the car was in good condition, and they were only charging $10,000 for the car with taxes and fees. I was sold on the Nissan Versa. All that was left was to get approval for a loan. So, My father asked the dealer from Beach Ford (Suffolk) if I could take the car home to get a feel of the car. The dealer refused because I did not have insurance at the time, which I completely understood. Also, my dad noticed a scratch on the side of the car. The dealer stated that someone bumped the car and he would take care of the scratch before I purchased the vehicle. So, the dealer said he would call around to see if he could get me approved for a loan. Nevertheless, the next day I went into a bank and got approved on my own with a 5.6% interest rate. I contacted the dealer, and before I could share the news he states that "I needed a cosigner because no one would approve me without a cosigner." I then shared with him that I was approved for a loan. Instantly the dealer said he would drive the car to my job for drop off. I then tell him that I did not have insurance, he goes "you can just use your father's insurance." I asked him not to bring the car out to me because I did not fill out any paper work and did not feel comfortable using my dad's insurance. Afterthat, I tell the dealer that I was off on Saturday and will take a look at to get another feel of the car Saturday. I also shared that I had to speak with my dad to see if that works with his schedule. The dealer then continues insisting that he bring the car out to my job. I then ask the dealer if the scratch was removed from the car. He says, no but that he would take care of it soon. I spoke with my father and luckily he was off on Saturday as well. Before I could contact the dealer, he left 3 messages on my company cell phone asking if I could come and pick up the car the next day. I then contact the dealer and share my work schedule will not allow that. He then shares that it only takes an hour to fill out paper work so he didn't understand why I could not spare an hour. Also, he was very persistant and aggressive suggesting that he did not believe I wanted the car because if I did I would have purchased the car that day. He then threatens to put the car back on the lot if I did not put down payment down. He then asks me to bring in the check that I got from the bank and they would hold they would hold it for me. Further, he says that he would come to my job and pick up the check????? I then sat on the phone with the dealer for about 30minutes expressing to him that I Saturday is not long. I had to justify to him that I couldn't purchase the car any other day because I worked every other day. I also state that the dealer only had to wait 2 days and I did not understand why it was such a big deal. From there, I contacted my father and he shared that they called him as well although he was working and could not contact them back. I finally contacted the Ford company again and asked if the scratch was removed from the car. He shares that he can not remove the scratch because it was too cold outside. He states that he does not want to have his mechanics outside in the cold for a minor scrtach and that he could not fix the scratch until the Spring of next year. I then shared with the dealer that he could put the car back on the lot because I was going to look at other options. The dealer then began to leave nasty messages on my phone basically saying, "whenever you make up your mind and decide on a car, the versa will be available." My dad also noticed that the car had not been sold since April of last year, so the dealer probably wanted to sell the car. Nevertheless, the very next day, while I was working, my father went over to Hall Nissan Western Branch and meet a very nice seller by the name of Sabir Cartledge. Sabir and my father came to my job with a 2009 Nissan Altima. It was a gorgeous, top of the line car. I was able to leave work for a few minutes to take a look at the car. Sabir told me about all the high technology in the car and answered all of my questions concerning the car. He was not like the typical seller. He did not force the car on me, he simply shared the features of the car. Also, he was more concerned about what I wanted, what would make me happy rather than anything else. So, Saturday came around and rather than traveling to Suffolk at Cavlier Ford, my dad and I decided to take a trip to Nissan Western Branch to talk to Sabir about possibly looking at other car options. Sabir was very attentive and most important honest and upfront about everything. He listened to everything that I wanted. He allowed me to make a decision on the right car to fit my needs. He gave me breathing room to think and make a rationale decision. I really appreciated that because most car sellers are pushy and anxious, but I could tell that Sabir was more concerned about me the customer rather than selling a car. Further, Sabir allowed me to test drive about four or five cars before making a decision on the right car. I was stuck between the 2011 Nissan Versa and the 2011 Nissan Sentra. The Versa was within my price range; however, I really liked the Sentra. So, Sabir called his Manager Eric Richards to assist us. Eric Richards was very patient as well. He digged and digged until he could find us the best bang for my buck. He asked me where I worked and then mentioned that Nissan has an A-plan discount throught my company. The A-plan discount took the price of the Sentra down and saved me about $3, 500. I was very pleased. ** Plus Sabir and Eric allowed me to take a 2011 Nissan Sentra home (with insurance of course.) I added insurance over the phone in the store. Further, I got the full warranty for my car, great quality car (without scratches). I am so happy that I decided to stop by Hall Nissan rather than going to Cavilier Ford. I got what I was looking for and then some. The sad thing about the entire incident is that I was set on purchasing the 2009 Nissan Versa from Cavilier Ford, but the dealer talked himself out of a deal because of his nasty attitude and endless lies. I appreciated out of everything that Hall Nissan Western Branch offered was their incredible customer service. Sabir and Eric are not the typical car dealers. They both actually care about the customer's needs. They find what the customer wants. I appreciated their sincerity and kindness. I would highly recommend Hall Nissan Western Branch to anyone that is looking for a car. If they don't have it, they will find it for you and get you into a car that fits your needs. I will refer my family, friends and coworks to both Sabir and Eric. Professionals such as Sabir and Eric give the auto business a good name. Two thumbs up from me. More
