We have been a Service customer for four years. The past couple of years Mtazi Payne has been our Service Advisor. Mtazi looks at every customer as soon as they enter the Service area to them know The past couple of years Mtazi Payne has been our Service Advisor. Mtazi looks at every customer as soon as they enter the Service area to them know from afar she is ready to help. Once she was helping me and another walked up at which point she acknowledged them and that she would help them shortly. Mtazi is knowledgable and us not shy to give a comment with reference when I need one to decide. The dealership is blessed with a consistency of positive effort and knowledge by their Advisors and Mtazi is definitely consistent even remembering small things related to visits I made months previously. Lastly I want to note that whether Service, Parts, Cashier or Sales there is no hesitation to knowledge someone by eye contact and say “Good Morning”! Thanks, Jim More

Over the years I've dealt with several car sale reps but I have to say that Eddy really stands out among them all. From the time he greeted us at the door to the moment he handed us the keys to our new Nis I have to say that Eddy really stands out among them all. From the time he greeted us at the door to the moment he handed us the keys to our new Nissan Frontier, everything was amiable and accommodating. He has all the traits you hope to see in a salesman when you go in to buy a vehicle; friendly, attentive, enthusiastic and above all, genuine. Thanks Eddy for helping us every step of the way! I'd also like to mention Roland in the service department; really can't say enough good things about him either. I brought my Altima in for an inspection and to handle a couple of recalls. He was on top of things from the jump, quickly and efficiently. He went over the inspection thoroughly with highlighting the things he found the most important.
