Hall Nissan gave me the car I wanted at a price that I could afford. After driving Toyotas for over 20 years, I became dissatisfied with their product and their customer service. My husband visited Hall Nissan to check out the Altima and the Maxima. He test drove both. He liked the 2010 Maxima, but the 2010 Altima was more affordable. After work, I visited the dealership. With the salesman James Copeland I test drove a 2010 white Altima. It was nice, but I was not “in love” with the vehicle, I didn’t like the color, and I thought it would be out of my price range. At that point I planned to keep my Toyota Matrix for another year and pay it down a little more. Two weeks later, Hall Nissan called. They wanted me to check out a 2011 Altima that wasn’t white. I test drove the Altima. I liked it a lot. It was very roomy – roomier than the 2010. The drive was smooth, and it had a very sleek look. Didn’t think I could afford it but the finance department worked with me. They gave me payments that I could afford. I was even able to get some extra features that I did not expect. James Copeland was friendly and never pushy. The people at Hall were very helpful and friendly. Step by step, they showed me how to program the bluetooth and answered any questions that I had. So far I’m very satisfied with my vehicle. More

I drove from VB to this dealership to buy a certain used vehicle. When i arrived i met James, my salesman. He was the first to greet us and was very polite and friendly. The vehicle i came to purchase was n vehicle. When i arrived i met James, my salesman. He was the first to greet us and was very polite and friendly. The vehicle i came to purchase was not there but James showed my another option that i ended up purchasing although i had some concerns with the tires which they agreed to replace. A couple days later, i noticed the muffler had been rusted out and broken off. I called the dealership and talked to Christine, which she guaranteed me that it would be taken care of. I ended up dropping off the vehicle on my lunch break and they had everything replaced by the time i got off work. So i gotta say, all in all, job well done by James, Sherry and Christine with the sale and repair of my vehicle. More
My wife and I decided to have a look around on the car lot to see what we might find that would be comfortable for her legs when traveling while being affordable for us as well. We were driving a 2009 Ma lot to see what we might find that would be comfortable for her legs when traveling while being affordable for us as well. We were driving a 2009 Maxima, inwhich the both of us really loved, but my wife need a bit more leg room while I wanted to maintain the acceleration or close to it. Keeping in mind that we were only looking and planning to buy later (at least this was our initial plan). We were looking at and pricing the Muranos when this young man wearing a suit pulled onto the lot and parked his car. He got out of his car with a slight smile on his face and started walking in the general direction of my wife and I. Suddenly, the young man's face lite up with a bigger smile as he greeted us and introduced himself as Michael Polk and asked how could he assist us. We explained why we were there and that we were mainly just looking at the Muranos. He then asked us if we would like to take the Murano for a drive. We said "sure". Michael said okay and that he would be right back. Several minutes past before Michael returned. During this time, my wife and I had a brief discussion about the price of the vehcile that was selected to be driven. I felt that the price was a bit out of my pocket range and so while knowing this, I wasn't sure if I wanted to waste Michael's time. Michael returned and pulled the Murano out from between the other vehicles. He did a basic walkthrough of the Murano, showing us some of the features, especially the extra leg room in the front and back seating areas plus the rear view camera (COOL BEANS). I saw my wife's face and heard the excitement in her voice. She really like this vehicle. Heck, I liked it too. After showing us the basic features, Michael allowed me to drive the vehicle. While I was driving, Michael continued to go over some of the other features and explained about the independent traction. When we returned to the Dealership, my wife and I told Michael that we liked the vehicle, but the price was a bit out of our range and that we were going to check out another Nissan Dealership. Hearing those words, Michael smiled and advised that we can't let that happen. He asked us to talk it over and said he would be right back. Michael returned and advised us that he had another vehicle just like the Murano we just test drove but it didn't have as many features. My wife and I went with Michael and looked at the vehicle. He showed and explained the difference in the two Muranos to us. Other than a few gaggetts, the two vehicles were the same; plenty of leg and head room, easily displayed consoles, heated seats and steering wheel, sunroof, rear view camera, accelleration and several thousand dollars less than the other one. Okay, make it affordable for my pocket. DONE. Good bye Maxima! During the final checks and questions, Christina Paulino came out and assisted with the Bluetooth connection. Between her and Michael, they got it done. Then She explained the proceedure to us and invited my wife and I to contact her should we have any additional questions or concerns regarding the Bluetooth system. By far, this has been the best car buying experience I have gone through. By the way, everybody at the Dealership was helpful and smiled when communicating with us. I do believe we will be back. More
When I drove up to the building I was greeted with a warm smile. I was treated with respect and not just another person walking into the building. The sales representative was really nice and explained everything I needed to know about the car I wanted. I think the best thing that happened was after buying the vehicle of my choice, Christine helped me figure out how to use the features that my car came with. She progammed everything and took the time to explain it to me. She also told me to come back at anytime if I forget something and she will go over it again with me. The very next day, I took her my garage door opener and she programmed that for me. I have NEVER had anyone to spend that much time with me to make sure I understood and knew how to work my car. It was a great experience. I did not go to the dealership to buy a new car, I just wanted to look and see. I needed something that would give me better gas mileage than the Titan I already had. I started loo to buy a new car, I just wanted to look and see. I needed something that would give me better gas mileage than the Titan I already had. I started looking at the Altima's and Maxima's then I saw the Frontier sitting on the show room floor. Great looking truck. The paperwork did not take that long and I was on my way with a new truck for approximately the same monthly payment I was paying for my Titan. These guys did a great job in setting up my payments with what I could afford and there was no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. Thanks Guys. This is the 6th vehicle I have bought from you and I will keep going back and recommend you to everyone. More
