I had a fantastic time at Nissan Southern! Jazmyn was a delight to work with and made this complicated process simple from start to finish. With this experience and my continued relationship with the Southern Auto Group I am sure this won’t be the last car I purchase with Jazmyn. Steve was also extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The kindness from the staff made us feel comfortable and like we were in a familiar place. Experience was very good except for the fact that they included LoJack for $699 and paint protection for $399. I said I didn't want it. They said they couldn't remove the charge because it's already insta included LoJack for $699 and paint protection for $399. I said I didn't want it. They said they couldn't remove the charge because it's already installed. They wouldn't negotiate and remove the charge. I paid it but I'm ver annoyed about it. This is a very dark cloud that rained on what otherwise would have been a very pleasant experience More

The first time I called Southern Nissan I talked to Jazmyn. Jazmyn quickly set me up with an appointment for the next day . Her customer service was amazing. Within a minute of walking in the front doo Jazmyn. Jazmyn quickly set me up with an appointment for the next day . Her customer service was amazing. Within a minute of walking in the front door the next morning Q approached me kindly and asked me if there was anything he could help me with . Q was incredibly informative and helpful in finding the car that I wanted and getting the deal done at a price that I was happy with . I give his customer service an A+ . Everyone at Southern Nissan was great from the Sales Manager , Finance Manager , Sales personal and others . I will recommend Southern Nissan and other Southern locations to anyone I know who is in search of great car at a great price and looking to find kind people to help them with their search . More
