The issues that I’ve had at Hall Nissan Western Branch in Chesapeake VA is less about the repairs and more about the customer service. That is what needs to be addressed. Michael Martin telling me “Oh, on your day off, don’t make an appointment. Just kinda call up here and see how many cars are in line for service. And if it’s a low number, then come on up.” No. That is not how it is supposed to go. Also, out of all of my visits with the service department , I left without courtesy cleaning of the interior of the vehicle because magically it’s going to take two additional hours to complete the cleaning. Also Ethan Levy does not return phone calls. At all. And he does not know how to talk to people. So, while you’re trying to spin this like I don’t understand that repairs need to be done at times with vehicles, I see nowhere in your response where the shoddy customer service is going to be addressed.
