Parts has declined since Southern. On another recent occasion, I needed a new battery for my Frontier. I called parts and was told the battery I needed was not in stock. I asked when On another recent occasion, I needed a new battery for my Frontier. I called parts and was told the battery I needed was not in stock. I asked when I could get one ordered, and was told it would take at least 2 weeks. My past experience over at least four other Nissan vehicles from Hall Nissan the part would be ordered from Baltimore and would arrive in 2 days & even overnight if needed. I called Hall Nissan in VB and they had my needed battery IN STOCK at the parts department at the dealership. I went there in my other vehicle and purchased the 8 year battery that same day. Please square away your Parts Department compentacy!!!!! We don't need any DEI. More
