Mike Pierce was very professional in his demeanor and approach to understanding our transportation requirements and assisting in our search. We had researched new Maximas on line and identified 4 cars t approach to understanding our transportation requirements and assisting in our search. We had researched new Maximas on line and identified 4 cars to investigate at the dealership. Upon arrival (7pm), we discovered that only one of the cars remained. We asked to look at that vehicle (demo) and it was shown and we test drove to our satisfaction. At this point, we were provided with a price that was contrary to that advertised on the web site. In addition, the rebate discussed on the advertisement were now being included in the car pricing. After discussions with Mr. Price and his manager, we negotiated the rebate back into the pricing and arrived at a final deal. We had already secured financing through our credit union but were assured by the sales team that the dealer financing could provide us with a better rate. We were also assured that this process would not be lengthy. We waited 1-1/2 to 2 hours to discuss the deal with the dealer financing and finally completed the contract at 11pm. Initially we were offered a rate 'higher' than our credit union rate but that was corrected and we ended up with a half percentage point improvement on the rate. Questionable as to whether this improvement justified the two hour wait and inconvenience for our family. However, overall that experience was 'unfortunately' what one would expect at a dealership. A series of discussions with the salesman, multiple trips by the salesman to discuss our posture with the sales manager, a final attempt by the sales manager to insert some costs that were not included in the internet advertisement, and final agreement based upon our decision not to move from the advertised price. Mr. Price was professional throughout the process working with our anxiety and the pacing of his associates to put forth the best deal for all parties involved to include providing the dealership with the financing contract in spite of our pre-approvals. I will certainly recommend acquaintances that prefer the dealership car buying experience to Mr. Price for their next car buying option. More

The last new car we bought was from Hall Pontiac, a 1990 Bonneville (which we still have). We were treated well then and, although dealing with another generation of sales personell, we had a very satisfyin Bonneville (which we still have). The Salesperson, Mr. Johnson really did a great job. He discussed the vehicle features and payment well. Also the internet price matches the price they presented to me, and it fits my budget. What prompted me to attend...was the very personal 'handwriting' of my name and address on the envelope. In this day, most mass mailings have computer made, glued labels. There are plenty of Nissan dealerships between where I live in Va Beach and the Western Branch location in Chesapeake...but that is where I ended up; because of that 'connection' I felt from the invite. My experience at the Western Branch Hall Nissan was very rewarding. My daughter and I were greeted as soon as I parked and not just told where the 'Internet Team' were, but we were escorted directly to the Sales person, Taryn. Taryn, Dominique, Shawn and Christine each played an integral part in making this a memorable day. The day I drove home my very 1st...brand new car! I purchased a pretty Silver 2011 Nissan Altima. I really appreciated how the they worked with me to accomplish what I wanted. Taryn, Dominique, Shawn, Jesse, Christine and Rick were each very friendly, forthcoming and cordial; treating us with the utmost respect and displaying an abundance of true professionalism. Thank you Western Branch Hall Nissan! Faye P Combs More

Me and my wife spent 7 hours at the dealership to find out the told us to go to our credit union to pick up the check. They keep showing us car way more then what we wanted to spend. Our salesperson was c out the told us to go to our credit union to pick up the check. They keep showing us car way more then what we wanted to spend. Our salesperson was clipping her toe nails at her desk in front of us. I was trading in a car that was left to me by my dad who died. I told them at the dealership what the Nissan motor acceptance corp. in advanced before we went there. When I got there at noon again I told them what was the finance company told me to do. They spoke to the finance company and they had me sign paperwork to process the trade in car. Then after being there for 6 and half hours they said I need to the finance company to get a letter and take it to DMV to transfer the title to my name. I understand that it is not a everyday that someone comes in with a car of their decease relative car to trade in. They did not know what to do but it take them 6 and half hours to tell us. They could be up front we not sure how to handle this situation can we check into it and call you. But no I have a tired unhappy baby with us sitting in this hot little office with a sales person clipping her nails two feet in front of me and wife daughter. But the whole sad part with transfer the title over to me I went online to DMV website and 5 minutes I was able to filled out and printed the form and knew what to do. What is so hard about that there is over 30 computers in this dealership and many people doing nothing just standing around and talking during the 7 hours we were there I counted 3 customers beside us. I also told them what per hour and how much money we made but they said we made $0.30 per hour under the minimum okay what ever. The bad thing about that is why can't you tell me in advanced. It is not like the dealership 5 miles down the road it is 45 miles away. The cars they was showing to us was around $21,000 when i talked to them to set up the appointment I told them what the price range I was looking at was $15,000 and again when we got there I told them again. So when we went out to look at car on the yard. She showed us cars that had the equipment we were looking for and more. I asked her what the price are for the ones we liked out of the ones she showed us. She did not know I asked are these in my price range and she said yes. So we test drive three cars and picked one as the one we will buy. So she worked up price for the car and payments based on how many years we will finance it for. When I show the price for the car it was $21,000 I said that too high I stated I want a car at $15,000 did any of the cars we tested were in the price group. She went and checked and none of them were. This is making me mad it seams like they are not listening to anything I'm saying. I worked in sales for 11 years and I know to listen to the customers and show them what they need and know the price range they are working in and only show them product in the range. Me and my family was very upset with the experiences we took the paper work to take to the bank. When we got home we sheared the paper work and said we will go somewhere else which we did. We went the next day to a different dealership and bought a car we were in and out of that dealership in 2 and 1/2 hours. I have owned 3 Nissan car I bought from another Nissan dealer and the service was so much better. I will not send no one to this dealership. More
