Hall has made owning a Nissan pure pleasure. Since 2006 I have been loyal in buying & service. No pressure, no gimmicks, and ability to work the deal and get delivery accomplished quick & efficient. Keith new car (sales)too. The office Mgr made complete disclosure of packages, GAP, warranty, and protection. I chose Hall Nissan because of initial product satisfaction, a 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. A very satisfied experience negotiating then. Topped with excellent service and support for warranty service at 43,000 miles for front wheel bearing failure (car maintained 28mpg still) took it in stated my concern over noise, diagnosed as stated. Car was set up next Monday for service and delivered that afternoon. That Altima had an average MPG of 29.7, 58 miles per day round trip through heavy and S-L-O-W tunnel traffic. Not really set to trade, in February 2009 just wanting to look at a newer model - Rick said "drive it". Of course I was impressed, but the economy is bad right? Hall made a terrific DEAL! My apprehension relieved because I was trading into a NEW CAR with payments $15.00 per month higher than the car I was "satisfied" with. Budget was my wife's concern, I have to drive it so I appreciated the improved cabin, sunroof, Ipod compatibility, improved handling (that CVT is something), KEYLESS (really) features, service, and of course that REAL Handshake that Rick Joyner gives for doing business with him. I am sure my wife's 2006 Mountaineer will trade for the Murano or Pathfinder in the future. More
I visited this dealership on 3/6 looking to buy a 2009 Nissan Altima S with the SL package. My husband and I were very clear about the features we were looking for. Basically, we want the car to be full Nissan Altima S with the SL package. My husband and I were very clear about the features we were looking for. Basically, we want the car to be fully loaded, but without Navigation. Mr. Roberts, the Sales Manager, quoted us a price that I was not happy with. I knew he could do better. So we thanked him for his time and left. Let me also add that while we were there, he felt it necessary to criticize other Nissan dealerships while trying to make us believe that Hall Nissan of Chesapeake was "the best." Over the weekend, we shopped both online and by phone. While online, my husband put out our information which prompted a call from Hall Nissan of Chesapeake's online service. Again, we were very thorough in specifying the features we were looking for. We told them of a price we were given by an out of the area dealership and they told us they would match it. Mr. Roberts called us to confirm the features and pricing and we came to a preliminary agreement. I was to come into their dealership on 3/10 to "seal the deal." As my husband was in the vicinity of their dealership prior to my scheduled appointment time, I asked him to stop by and look over the vehicle. It was not the car I specified. It did not have the Bose stereo, dual temperature controls, or Bluetooth. I believe it may have also lacked fog lights, but I can't be certain. At that time, Mr. Roberts told my husband that this was the vehicle he could offer us at the price he quoted. Mr. Roberts nor Hall Nissan of Chesapeake cannot plead ignorance. On the evening of 3/10, he wrote down exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. That information was relayed and verified twice more through his online sales department and then with Mr. Roberts himself over the phone. I find Mr. Roberts, as a representative of Hall Nissan of Chesapeake, to be highly deceptive in his business dealings. If he GAVE me a car, I wouldn't take it as their would be strings attached. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! More

my total experiance with the whole hall nissian team was wonderful. I talked with the guys telling them what I was looking for and once we discussed payment range it was a done deal from there. I just had the most wonderful experience buying a new 2009 Versa SL at Hall Nissan Chesapeake. My sales consultant, Chadd Ransom, was personable, friendly, and helpful, as was Mike Roberts, the Sales Ma 2009 Versa SL at Hall Nissan Chesapeake. My sales consultant, Chadd Ransom, was personable, friendly, and helpful, as was Mike Roberts, the Sales Manager. I went in only to look at a Versa, but they worked up a deal I couldn't refuse! I wanted Arctic Blue and they found one in Virginia Beach and had it brought in. When I went to pick it up today, Ann Penn walked me through the car's features, just as Chadd had done when we went for a test drive the day before. He also made sure I was comfortable with all the "bells & whistles" before I drove my new Versa away. I will definitely spread the word about this dealership and these great people! And I'm already loving my new car!! ps I'm not rating the "Quality of Work" since I believe that refers to the Maintenance Dept., which I haven't had any dealings with yet, but I have a feeling they're going to be a "5", too!
