I wanted to cancel my extended warranty. They told me to come in to sign the paperwork and possibly look at their new cars. After I came in, I told them I want to cancel my warranty. They told me to wait since there's a few people ahead of me. After waiting a few hours and them trying their best to sell me a new vehicle, they got mad and told me warranty cancellation is only on monday-Fridays and today was Saturday. I was baited in by Josh Heaton the manager. Now i have to come back a different day. This is how they treat a prior customer. I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue from them 11 months ago. Now im afraid to come in again to cancel the warranty because they will likely make me wait all day just because I didnt want to purchase another car from them. Every employee I talked to knew I wanted to cancel my warranty but no one told me that can only be done monday through friday. After trying to convince me to trade in my car and buy a new one for the longest time, their last parting words were “oh hey, warranty cancellation is only done monday thru friday until 5pm.” They lured me in. I drove over an hour and wasted my day away at this dealership. More

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Both CJ and D. West contacted me in a prompt manner regarding my new vehicle needs. They worked with me throughout the entire purchase of th had. Both CJ and D. West contacted me in a prompt manner regarding my new vehicle needs. They worked with me throughout the entire purchase of the vehicle. They communicated the bells and whistles of the vehicle and worked with me to seal the deal. When the car arrived on the lot, CJ promptly called and setup my appointment to take delivery of the vehicle. I was sent reminders regarding my appointment and when I arrived at the dealership; there was not a delay with signing the paperwork. I felt at home while at the dealership. CJ and D. West answered all the questions I had pertaining to the vehicle. CJ worked diligently to make the process as flawless and quick as possible. Also, working with Jesse in the finance department was great as well! In fact, the entire Hall Nissan Chesapeake team was great! After I purchased the vehicle, CJ reached out via e-mail and telephone to ensure that I was happy with my new vehicle! If you are in the market to buy a new car, I would highly recommend CJ! The service department has given me the run around for the past two weeks (11/8/2021) my vehicle has been at your dealership. Your service department (Matt) literally told me that Route 66 was the worst warranty company and I would have to pay for my own repairs ($6,000) then seek reimbursement from them after I had received an approval for the repairs. I asked Matt if this was posted publically so that customers are aware before they commit to your services. Now today (11/19/21) I called your service center a young lady asked to schedule my service. I asked to speak to Matt then she forwarded my call to the text message line. Is this normal behavior for your service department? (No updates no communication, no shuttle service) I have already spent over $150 in fees to Lyft just trying to get around for one day. Do I need to schedule a Lyft ride to meet with a service center representative? I hope you see this message and if nothing comes out of this but improving customer service, better communication with your customers, and trustworthy repairs to my vehicle. I am really concerned about how the "working class" is being treated today. Kathy D More
