Not trustworthy and over charges for jobs. They quoted me $60 to replace a back reverse bulb or fail inspection . I called London Bridge auto and they quoted $15. They also tried to get money from me when I was covered by warranty and never told me about a recall on my Kia’s engine and more just too much to type More

There was an issue finding the appointment for my husband and a gentleman figured it out for him but there was a lady at the front desk that was extremely rude. She had a bad attitude & was intentionally rud and a gentleman figured it out for him but there was a lady at the front desk that was extremely rude. She had a bad attitude & was intentionally rude. I wish I got her name. When didn’t see his name right away, instead of trying to look up the phone number, an email, correctly spelling his name, she tried to just send him away & make him schedule another appointment. Luckily, another worker overheard and actually did their job and found him in the system. Any questions my husband asked was met with a rude and sarcastic response. More
