I made an appointment for a recall that was needed. This was my second attempt to get the recall for my 2013 Kia Sorrento. I would assume that the part required for the repair would have been on hand This was my second attempt to get the recall for my 2013 Kia Sorrento. I would assume that the part required for the repair would have been on hand or ordered when the appointment was made, but NO when I arrived and waited for over two hours, they told me that the part (fuse) had to be ordered. I also asked to have the oil changed while there, but was told that the vehicle didn't have enough mileage to change the oil and was just a waste of oil which was ok with me. More

Brought truck in for 15000 mile service. Rotated tires which had been rotated 2000 miles prior with oil change.. New advisor was not aware of service plan and tried charging me. It seems that once you purchase the vehicle, they have you stuck with their substandard service department. The front end was exception. The rear of the store is infuriating. If you use the Kia app for call back, it never occurs. Our vehicle has just over 11k miles and needs a new transmission. They have had the vehicle for two months. While the Kia app showed it was a transmission issue, they needed corporate approval to order the transmission. Ok, we get that, processes in place to ensure no dealership fraud. However, if want an update, we must go out our way, drive to the dealership, to get any update. As noted, if you call, no return calls. If you text their number, no return communication. If you use the Kia app, no return communication. Honestly, solely due to their uncaring service department, although we like the vehicle, if possible to get all money back we would say keep your Kia and your extremely poor service. Your product should be end to end, not only the front end sales. . More
