Be leary of the 5 star reviews. I was offered an incentive to leave a 5 star review. I was sent a request to leave a review after I had a oil change in February but didn't respond. I then got a call offering me an incentive to leave a 5 star review. The caller didn't know what to say when I replied my review couldn't be bought. Unlike previous oil changes, this one went smoothly. Unfortunately they wouldn't schedule my state inspection because the were booked out almost 2 months. Both inspection and oil change are free as I purchased my car new from them. More

I had a wonderful experience they listened to what I needed done and checked with me to see if I wanted them to go ahead and do it and quoted me a price and I gave them the go ahead. Greenbar Kia had no concern about my car getting fixed or that I have a job to get to and only have one vehicle and my other vehicle my wife has for her job and my children. Once my warranty ran out there wa that I have a job to get to and only have one vehicle and my other vehicle my wife has for her job and my children. Once my warranty ran out there was zero concern if I got a loaner vehicle or a rental from Kia. They didn't tell me how long it would take for the parts to get there. My car was there for three days with nobody calling me to tell me it would be it would be longer nobody told me about any sort of warranty with my tires on if I get a flat and it's cheaper to get it redone at Kia since I bought the tires from there like any other tire or car repair shop, the concern for their customer. Once the warranty runs out is nonexistent, my brother-in-law bought a vehicle on a recommendation from me because I like mine so much and I enjoyed the service so much while my warranty was active but I will make sure to let every person I know, in any conversation that Greenbrier Kia has 0% care once your warranty runs out and is no help with military or government personnel. I will never buy another Kia to Greenbrier Kia. More
