Average service. However parts management needs to be better. A part I needed for my new vehicle was never ordered and then not available to replace a faulty one at t However parts management needs to be better. There also needs to be a back up method to continue service and order parts when the computer system goes down. Such as having hard copy manuals and paper invoices. More

I made an appointment for a recall that was needed. This was my second attempt to get the recall for my 2013 Kia Sorrento. I would assume that the part required for the repair would have been on hand This was my second attempt to get the recall for my 2013 Kia Sorrento. I would assume that the part required for the repair would have been on hand or ordered when the appointment was made, but NO when I arrived and waited for over two hours, they told me that the part (fuse) had to be ordered. I also asked to have the oil changed while there, but was told that the vehicle didn't have enough mileage to change the oil and was just a waste of oil which was ok with me. More
