Asked for 25K service and an inspection and only got an oil change. They had the car from 9-3pm. To say I am ticked that I have to go back is an understatement. I live an hour away, tried making apts on multiple attempts to no avail. Only drove the hour because your website stated anytime!!!! I read the reviews about the Southern service department and foolishly bought the car anyway. I bought the car and you made your money and I know that nothing will change, I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

Be leary of the 5 star reviews. I was offered an incentive to leave a 5 star review. I was sent a request to leave a review after I had a oil change in February but didn't respond. I then got a call offering me an incentive to leave a 5 star review. The caller didn't know what to say when I replied my review couldn't be bought. Unlike previous oil changes, this one went smoothly. Unfortunately they wouldn't schedule my state inspection because the were booked out almost 2 months. Both inspection and oil change are free as I purchased my car new from them. More
