Booked a scheduled appointment to have a recalled part replaced. Brought the vehicle here and they said, oops we don’t have the part and are going to have to order it. This is the second time this has occurred at two different southern kias. You jave my VIN and you know the part required to complete the recall and somehow this organization cant plan in advance and again wasted my time. Went to pick my car up and stood at the checkout counter while two females played on their cell phones and talked back and forth. Seriously, Focus on customer service because KIA is failing on this aspect. Then by the time someone does come over she makes statements that she is sick and uses her hand to wipe her nose and then places it on top of my keys. After I pay for the almost 90 dollar oil change, i ask where my car is and she says somewhere over there. Crazy I would have to search the lot for my own car and eventually I find it in the opposite direction she pointed. Inside my vehicle they left a service tag and a dirty piece of paper on the floorboard. Like almost everyone’s parents say, clean up after your self. Doing the right thing when others ate not looking is not hard. What is happening here can be nothing less than the reflection of the business and leadership itself. More

If you actually want your car “fixed” I STRONGLY suggest going literally anywhere else. If you want to spend months of your time waiting for parts to never arrive, calls to never be returned, calls to never going literally anywhere else. If you want to spend months of your time waiting for parts to never arrive, calls to never be returned, calls to never be answered, service employees to quit or be fired who were supposed to be working on your car, and to have none of your car issues ever be resolved then I highly advise Southern! The service department if you can call it a service department they've had my daughter 2017 Sorento for over a month and it hasn't been touched. We had to have it towed there because of the check engin department they've had my daughter 2017 Sorento for over a month and it hasn't been touched. We had to have it towed there because of the check engine light was blinking and was told not to drive it, because the engine could cease up and cause an accident. Back in March it was recall for a sensor so they fixed that and told us before we left if the same thing happened we will most likely need a new engine. She hasn't even had the car a year yet. Well here we are her vehicle is there for the same issue and no one has checked it out. We were told it could be a few weeks before they could look at it, we've called for updates no one calls you back and when you stop by they said they have so many cars to fix and they're backed up. Last week stopped in to check on her car again and was told they had 7 more cars towed in that needed to be looked at I told them that's not my problem and my daughters better be done before those other ones. Don't except more vehicles if you can't get the ones that have been sitting there for over a month done. We will never buy another vehicle there and I tell everyone one not to go there!! I'm writing this review and contacting the better business bureau also. I'm hoping they will look at it this week, I will be stopping by again to find out if they have looked at it. More
I made an appointment for a recall for a Saturday morning and when I got there I was told they don’t do recalls on Saturday and they didn’t have the parts for my windshield wiper recall. They said they would call me in a couple of days to come back. After 2 weeks I called back and was told to come in at 9am and they would shuttle me home while the repair was done. When I got there for my appointment I was told that they no longer had a shuttle service. I waited 3 hours for the repair. Very dissatisfied. More

This dealership has had many changes in management and the turn over rate of its service advisors and technicians has been ridiculous. T star rating.
