The service team at the Newport News Hyundai is the #1 reason I keep going back there for new cars. Chris House and Brenda Messer are my A-level "Go To" team for all my service needs. Communication is non existant with this dealership service center. They say your vehicle will be ready same day then do t call you to say there is a delay. The consumer has to call and follow up. Then service center. They say your vehicle will be ready same day then do t call you to say there is a delay. The consumer has to call and follow up. Then they are vague as to when your vehicle might be finished... i e 3-4 more days. Three days later still no communication from the service team. As a consumer I dont feel like my business is valued and Im just a number. More
