The associate that helped me did not seem to know exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was asked if I had the part that needed replacing when I arrived (when the dealership had called me a few days what was going on with my vehicle. (I guess that was finally confirmed before I left)There just seemed to be a lack of communication somewhere along the way. More
