My car was totaled in a flood and I was preparing to file for GAP insurance. I called the dealership, was transferred twice , calls rang back to the operator, and eventually ended up in someones voicemail. T for GAP insurance. The person called back, I explained my situation that I needed a claim form, and was laughed at. He stated that in 15 years of doing his job, he had NEVER been asked for a claim form. I stated that I would read the statement on the insurance form that I signed, which stated that I COULD get a claim form from the dealer, or the Insurance company. He suggested that I contact the insurance company. I DO NOT appreciate being laughed at.......I called the dealership back after seeing a vehicle on their website that I was interested in, a Sante Fe. I asked repeatedly if it was available. I was told It was. I made an appointment to see it on saturday morning. This was thursday night. Got a call on fridaysaying the internet person was wrong....The car was NOT available. But the salesman said to give him a call, as he would have other options available. Called him back, he was with a customer, but would call me back with a SWEET deal......This was friday afternoon. Now I sit here on a wednesday afternoon, after reading the email, NOT a phone call, saying he was busy but would I be interested in a 2013? I don't think so......Got another car from a dealership who practices customer service. More

Based on my latest experience with their service department, I would not recommend this dealership. I had the oil changed in my Santa Fe on Friday June 8th. Got there around 9:30am, I was told it wo department, I would not recommend this dealership. I had the oil changed in my Santa Fe on Friday June 8th. Got there around 9:30am, I was told it would take between 45 min to an hour. At around 11am I saw my vehicle parked outside, so I asked if my car was ready, the guy checked his computer and said, yes it is! So I drive home, and that afternoon when my husband gets home, he tells me he had a message on his cellphone from the dealership saying that the car was ready, they left this message at 10am!! So this means that they forgot I was sitting in their waiting area, I waited for an hour and a half when I could have waited just half an hour. I wonder how long would I have been there if I hadn't checked with them if the car was ready, when were they going to realize that their client was sitting in their waiting area. I specifically told them "I will be waiting here", I was with my 8 months old son sitting right outside their door! More

Overall we were pleased with the dealership and the sales associate who worked with us. We feel they could have been more competitive with the price. The sales associate should have a better technical knowle associate who worked with us. We feel they could have been more competitive with the price. My mother and I visited this Hyundai dealership two days ago and we were greeted by Ms. Ashley Cline. She was very personable and also knowledgeable in trying to find the best car to suit my wants and need ago and we were greeted by Ms. Ashley Cline. If there was anything she was unsure about, she didn't hesitate to find out the answer for us. She was very kind and guided my mother and I through the purchasing process patiently. She assisted us in financing my new Hyundai and worked very hard to try to meet mine and my mother's requests. Today I drove off the lot with my new car and because of our experience my mother is also considering purchasing her next vehicle from this dealership. I made a service appt on line friday 12-2-11 for monday morning. I arrived 15 mins early I was quickley greeted, Brenda had my information up and ready and by 8;10 my car was taken back. Fourty five minutes later my car was inspected the oil was changed and they checked all other systems on my Sonata. Not only was it fast there was no charge for my services today. Being the holiday season no charge was music to my ears. This is my second time I have been in for service on my vehicle and Brenda has been amazing. I thank Hall for the service dept. here I can tell you it makes it very hard to want to go anywherelse when you get a product and service like I get at Hall Hyundia.
