The Salesman Terry was very kind, accommodating, and understanding. The manager John great at meeting our budget needs always with a smile and no pressure. Finance - Farhan and James made the experience easy and was very through. The atmosphere there and Hall Hyundai Newport News was everything that a dealership should be warm and inviting and always greeted with a smile from everyone. I feel like I have a new family. Drove from Richmond to purchase a new car My company is part of the TRUECar program so they suggested 3 dealerships to visit while in my search for a new car. One was in Richmond, one in Ches My company is part of the TRUECar program so they suggested 3 dealerships to visit while in my search for a new car. One was in Richmond, one in Chester and one in Newport News. Hall Hyundai advertised some great deals for Memorial Day Weekend. So after visiting the dealership in Richmond we drove down late one evening. Arrived at the showroom at 7:30pm. Salesman, Rich Jakubs, was so friendly and accommodating. He told me everything about the cars I was interested in. My husband and I got a great deal on a 2015 Santa Fe Sport. The Business Manager, James, explained the process to us. We left there late (after 10pm) to drive back to Richmond. Love my new car and yes, I'll return for oil changes and other deals. Great service by great people! More
