Can never get the right person on the phone. ..VERY hard to communicate with staff and get info! He went out of his way to turn my situation around- he focused on my issue throughout the day until resolution and seemed genuinely empathetic. Southern Ford has a lot of fine tuning to do on their processes in Service Dept as it concerns the customer experience! I so appreciated Edwin being my service advisor! More
