My experience in going to Southern Ford to have my vehicle serviced was nothing short of fantastic. Jon Conway, Service Manager has my complete confidence with making sure everything with my vehicle is good, which gives,me a lot of peace of mind. I met Maurice during my visit while being trained on all systems in the service department by Jon Conway. My interaction with Maurice was very professional and pleasant. In Jon's absence and receiving training under Jon's guidance, I feel certain I will receive the same consistent high level of service standards from Maurice, as time goes forward. More
