I have just moved back to the area and chose Souther Ford to service my F150. The setup was a little different than I was used to and there were some issues with my oil change. Once I bought the issue to Edw to service my F150. The setup was a little different than I was used to and there were some issues with my oil change. Once I bought the issue to Edwin's attention he concentrated on doing everything he could to make it right. I had Jeff the Service manager call and make sure everything was corrected and that I was happy with their resolve to the issue and service. They were very professional in their treatment to me. I will go back for my next service. More
