Nobody returns calls, very stand offish and blowing me off when I called and then had to stop by with my concerns. They gave me loaner car and it smelled like cigarettes and was dirty. They took a week to fix get the battery fixed which they sent to a regular Nissan dealer. They never fixed bumper, never did wheel alignment because their is 3 different tires on a 2023. Theirs a big burn mark in the back corner roof panel and a piece of left side mirror missing. More

I purchased my 2021 jeep Wrangler Unlimited through Clayton, who was a breeze to work with. A few days later, I stopped in to discuss a front side marker that was out, power steering fluid that was low Clayton, who was a breeze to work with. A few days later, I stopped in to discuss a front side marker that was out, power steering fluid that was low, and tires that were visibly cupped (improperly worn). Clayton was quick to schedule an appointment for me with the service department, which was great. I thought all is well, until the day of the appointment. I get there get checked in and the service advisor goes to look over the issues I was scheduled for. After looking over the vehicle he says that he agrees with my concerns but that he has to go talk to the sales manager Kelcey Jordan, whom came over looked at all for tires and in summary says yes they’re bad. After a brief wait the service advisor, Edwin, came over and said that Kelcey had only authorized the replacement of the front two tires. To which I stated that doesn’t make since, because no vehicle on any lot has miss-matched tires, so why would they give me miss-matched tires. Mind, at this point, I bought the Jeep Sept 27, 2024 and the appointment was October 11, 2024. I had driven from the lot to the naval base and to my house. I expressed my above noted concerns with Kelcey, whom made it seem like he was doing me a service by even changing the tires, when they’re warrantied in the contract info. He also stated with a confrontational tone, to not only me but my wife that they are not required to provide the same tires that came on the vehicle and that he could not afford to put the same brand new tires on my vehicle, charging me approximately $305 for the tires when a single tire retails for less than $200. I attempted several different avenues and had both Edwin and Clayton advocating for me. I am by no means trying to swindle my way into a full matching set of brand tires. I just wanted what was right to be done and that wasn’t the case because it is considered to be a blue dot certified vehicle and I should not have to put brand new tires on the jeep after having only owned it for two weeks. Whomever is doing RO/state inspections should not have allowed this vehicle onto the lot for sale with tires like this, it is a safety concern and bad for business. Why after paying $40,000 for a vehicle barely 2 weeks ago is the sales manager not willing to do what should have been done prior to anyone purchasing the vehicle? More

After looking at it, it still took them a month to get it all "fixed" but it still wasn't. I got a call a few days ago to come pick up my car and that it was finally done. Drove my car off the lot and immediately from shifting from 2nd to 3rd, something came off my engine and was just leaking air everywhere. Turned my car around and instantly went back to the dealership and left my car with them. Yesterday I got a call to come get my car and that it was finally done. And yet it still wasn't. Started my car up and instantly there is a clanking noise when my car is idling and as soon as I rev it up some, there is a rattle noise. How does Ford have my car for over 4 months and after you think you've fixed my car, that you don't QC my car before u call me to come get it. How are there more problems with my car now then when I dropped it off to them? And during the whole time they had my car, no one from Ford offered to give me a loaner car since it was taking them so long. Nothing was done to compensate me for my troubles that Ford put me through. More
Edwin was very professional and customer oriented! The maintenance required to complete the safety recall did take more time than what was stated on the notification (ie, less than one-half day).
