Front desk staff is kind, but I was dropped off by my scheduled Uber (when I dropped my vehicle for service, southern scheduled it) on the side of Jefferson 15 minutes from my destination, and had to wai scheduled Uber (when I dropped my vehicle for service, southern scheduled it) on the side of Jefferson 15 minutes from my destination, and had to wait for another ride to come get me. I missed a meeting for work and it was incredibly inconvenient. I understand things happen but that put a bad taste in my mouth. Prices for filters were absolutely insane, and I’ve already had to pay thousands for packages on the vehicle I didn’t even want but couldn’t refuse, so thank goodness they were included. Overpriced, but the staff is kind and easy to work with when scheduling. More

Told all lug nuts are damaged need to be replaced. Damage likely done by service center since tires have only been serviced here. not sure who stephanie is , had zero conversation with anyone there all I got was text messages I called morning of appointment and got no answer all I got was a text message saying there’s was a line of anyone there all I got was text messages I called morning of appointment and got no answer all I got was a text message saying there’s was a line of people in front of them and would get back to me , never happened , when I made appointment I asked if they could look at my remote start while my truck was there for recall was told yes make sure I bring both keys , I did , picked truck up asked about remote start was told they knew nothing about it More
