Ms. Anderson determined the service departmant could replace the drivers side mirror the garage wall didn't like. Also, saved us a bunch of money when I asked about replacing the front passenger carpet replace the drivers side mirror the garage wall didn't like. Also, saved us a bunch of money when I asked about replacing the front passenger carpet. She suggested dying the carpet was a better, less expensive, alternative. It worked out very well. More

My vehicle is NOT a ford but I would not take it anywhere else. I always get very friendly service. Anytime I have a problem with the vehicle, which has been a few times in the past month, Jeff has taken t else. I always get very friendly service. Anytime I have a problem with the vehicle, which has been a few times in the past month, Jeff has taken the time to diagnosis the issue and always explains the details to me. I never have any problems getting the vehicle in immediately and the turnaround time is great. I appreciate the way Lisa (Jeff's team leader)handles followup as I am never left wondering what is going on nor have I had to make the calls to find out about my vehicle. I find the prices to be fair too. Would highly recommend others to this dealership. More

I have purchased several cars from Hall Ford. Every time I have purchased from them they have made me feel like family and they even know my name when i come in for any type of visit. I have shopped around I have purchased from them they have made me feel like family and they even know my name when i come in for any type of visit. I have shopped around other local Ford Dealerships and they didnt even come close to the type of experience Hall Ford gave me. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. There service Dept is top notch and i give a great thanks to Cassie and Jeff for there quick fix on a slight problem i had!
