Excellent Customer Service Initially, when I walked into the dealership I was not offered anywhere to sit while the gentleman who greeted me went to tell Tony Clark that I had a Initially, when I walked into the dealership I was not offered anywhere to sit while the gentleman who greeted me went to tell Tony Clark that I had arrived, however, a short moment later another gentleman offered me a seat while I was waiting which was nice because I had a lot in my hands. Once I met Tony, it was a very pleasant experience from then on. Tony Clark was very professional, patient and kind. Even when I couldn't get the vehicle I initially came in to buy he was very helpful in finding another vehicle that would be a better option for me. I was a bit heartbroken at first, but it was soon healed when I test drove a new Ford Explorer which was the same Ruby Red as the Ford Fusion I was trading in. I didn't, even know, this is the vehicle I actually needed anyway, due to the number of grandkids I have. I instantly fell in love with the Ford Explorer. It was exactly what I wanted and I didn't even know it. I believe Tony made the entire experience unique in that we had a chance to talk in the beginning which led to his being able to pick up on what I was really in need of for a new vehicle. I am so glad he took the time out to make this car buying experience a great one indeed!! I will definitely refer anyone I know who's in the market for a vehicle to him. I look forward to enjoying my new SUV for years to come and if I'm in need of another vehicle in the future, I will call Tony Clark. More

8:45am appointment 5 hours later Check in was seamless Justin had is ready! Routine maintenance add check engine light which I coded and told the service guys. Well what was supppse to take an hour or two took 5! No snacks just water! Spent more in labor then any thing! When complained I got 30.00 off a 350.00 bill which 220.00 Was labor which breaks down to 44.00 an hour! Fluids where not top off at all, no antifreeze was all over the engine. Won't be back! More

Don't make an appointment...it doesn't mean anything! I needed to have service done on my 2014 F350. I called the service number on their website and scheduled an appointment. I also made an appointment for the same time and day on their website. I got a friend from work to meet me at Hall Ford to drop off my truck. When I get to the truck service desk, I was informed that they are backed up two weeks and can't get to my truck. I told them I made two appointments for the same time just to be sure. He said that their call center is not located with the dealership and this happens all the time. I was leaving for a camping trip towing a trailer with my truck in two days and was counting on my appointment. They left me scrambling to find another Ford service center at the last minute. Not to mention, the time wasted having my ride meet me at the dealership. This is the second time this has happened to me at Hall Ford! I've taken my truck to another Ford dealership for service and will continue to stay away from Hall. More

Steve, one of the sales managers was also very kind...he called me several days later after we had left the dealership to let me know that he found something within my budget. I was not forgotten after I left them. He found a Transit Connect for us. This was the ideal car for us. We needed at least six seats and room for my son's wheelchair. He also remembered that my grandson is 6"4" and needed extra leg room. Cameron, the financial officer was polite as well. I was impressed that he is articulate and organized He had copies ready for me to sign, and made this part of the process efficient. I can't leave Stacy out...she is a sales representative who did not work with us, but she gave my two-year old granddaughter balloons, and kept her busy for awhile...I felt valued here. We were more than just a sale...we became family in the short visit to the dealership.. More
