Said they were running 2 hours late. Already unhappy, because what should have been a 1 hour turned in to 3 hours, before I was informed that they couldn't fix my brake light, they had to order a module. 8 days later, going to pick it up. Initial visit was fine Initial visit seemed to go ok, other than nothing being accomplished, as I knew with my situation that it would take some time to make it work out. Ho Initial visit seemed to go ok, other than nothing being accomplished, as I knew with my situation that it would take some time to make it work out. However, after that day it all went downhill. No one called me when they said they would, I had to call them, "I'll call you back in 15 minutes" turned into 2 and a half hours for a 45 second call that said they were still trying. After not receiving any kind of communication for 4 days, I decided to take my business elsewhere as it felt that my business was not wanted there to begin with. I wanted to stick with Hall as I had previously bought a car from them before, but I will never shop at Hall again. More

Excellent Customer service I had an appointment for a recall notice on my Mustang. When I arrived my service specialist was not at his desk. That's when Chris Eanes stepped ove I had an appointment for a recall notice on my Mustang. When I arrived my service specialist was not at his desk. That's when Chris Eanes stepped over and checked me in so I didn't have to wait. He continued to help me when Justin was tied up helping another customer. Chris was so pleasant and professional. The work was completed that day just as promised. I will definitely continue to go to Hall Ford on Jefferson Ave for my repair work. More
