I had a rocky start with an internet manager Crystal Crockett. I admit that my first impression/experience was not a good one . I also appreciated the fact that he let me test drive alone--sharing the ride with a stranger is always so uncomfortable. After a few days Hall/Mr. McCloud worked out a great deal for me. I appreciate the patience and professionalism that was shown after my initial bad encounter. I am very pleased with product I got and the amenities that go along therewith. Mr. House was very efficient and courteous throughout my transaction--a seasoned veteran of the car business to say the least. Synopsis--one bad apple really doesn't spoil the whole bunch--there are some GREAT folks over at the Ford lot--I would highly recommend their services. More

I found the used car I wanted on the internet and called immediately to schedule a test drive. When I arrived on the lot early, I was immediately greeted by the sales manager even though the dealership did immediately to schedule a test drive. He immediately went to get the car I was looking at and invited me to test drive. He also did not accompany me on the test drive which was a pleasant change from the other dealerships that I visited. The negotiation process was painless because the dealer offered me a fair deal on both my trade-in and the car that was being purchased. The dealer went out of his way on a Sunday afternoon to arrange for very competitive financing. The Business Office was friendly, although they did take quite a bit of time to pitch various products and warranties to me that I didn't express any interest in purchasing. The sales staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, they made the car buying experience positive which is unusual! More
