Don't make an appointment...it doesn't mean anything! I needed to have service done on my 2014 F350. I called the service number on their website and scheduled an appointment. I also made an appointment for the same time and day on their website. I got a friend from work to meet me at Hall Ford to drop off my truck. When I get to the truck service desk, I was informed that they are backed up two weeks and can't get to my truck. I told them I made two appointments for the same time just to be sure. He said that their call center is not located with the dealership and this happens all the time. I was leaving for a camping trip towing a trailer with my truck in two days and was counting on my appointment. They left me scrambling to find another Ford service center at the last minute. Not to mention, the time wasted having my ride meet me at the dealership. This is the second time this has happened to me at Hall Ford! I've taken my truck to another Ford dealership for service and will continue to stay away from Hall. More

Steve, one of the sales managers was also very kind...he called me several days later after we had left the dealership to let me know that he found something within my budget. I was not forgotten after I left them. He found a Transit Connect for us. This was the ideal car for us. We needed at least six seats and room for my son's wheelchair. He also remembered that my grandson is 6"4" and needed extra leg room. Cameron, the financial officer was polite as well. I was impressed that he is articulate and organized He had copies ready for me to sign, and made this part of the process efficient. I can't leave Stacy out...she is a sales representative who did not work with us, but she gave my two-year old granddaughter balloons, and kept her busy for awhile...I felt valued here. We were more than just a sale...we became family in the short visit to the dealership.. More

I was very happy with Christopher Vandenheede and Melinda Ve I was very happy with Christopher Vandenheede and my sales person Melinda Vere. They were a great team to have in way of finding the right truck for I was very happy with Christopher Vandenheede and my sales person Melinda Vere. They were a great team to have in way of finding the right truck for my situation. Melinda Vere used the discovery process in finding out my needs and wishes. I felt , my time spent was not wasted. They brought up a few trucks for me to see, as it was raining . They offered an umbrella to my wife and I. I sat in the ruck and Chris Vandenheede stood outside the truck in the rain answering my questions and was not concerned with getting wet but concerned in answering my questions and making sure that I understood. Melinda Vere was also in the rain answering questions with my wife. and had an umbrella which she held for my wife. They wanted to help us find a great truck for a good price and they did.
