I originally came to dealership to collect a spare part for my ageing Expedition, however after also enquiring about service costs to install the part, William Rodgers gave me a clear outline and costs wer for my ageing Expedition, however after also enquiring about service costs to install the part, William Rodgers gave me a clear outline and costs were very reasonable. Although there was a slight delay due to the age of my vehicle, William kept me appraised and exceeded my expectations, in addition he also sorted me a loan vehicle, to ensure my family wasn’t inconvenienced. I was in and out for my oil change in the time that i was told. This is the first time it has been within the time frame although most has been within an extra 30 minutes. Hall Ford in Newport News is a wonderful place to purchase and get service for your vehicles. They are always friendly. The prices are on par with other service and repair shops but most of the time purchase and get service for your vehicles. They are always friendly.
