Excellent Customer Service Initially, when I walked into the dealership I was not offered anywhere to sit while the gentleman who greeted me went to tell Tony Clark that I had a Initially, when I walked into the dealership I was not offered anywhere to sit while the gentleman who greeted me went to tell Tony Clark that I had arrived, however, a short moment later another gentleman offered me a seat while I was waiting which was nice because I had a lot in my hands. Once I met Tony, it was a very pleasant experience from then on. Tony Clark was very professional, patient and kind. Even when I couldn't get the vehicle I initially came in to buy he was very helpful in finding another vehicle that would be a better option for me. I was a bit heartbroken at first, but it was soon healed when I test drove a new Ford Explorer which was the same Ruby Red as the Ford Fusion I was trading in. I didn't, even know, this is the vehicle I actually needed anyway, due to the number of grandkids I have. I instantly fell in love with the Ford Explorer. It was exactly what I wanted and I didn't even know it. I believe Tony made the entire experience unique in that we had a chance to talk in the beginning which led to his being able to pick up on what I was really in need of for a new vehicle. I am so glad he took the time out to make this car buying experience a great one indeed!! I will definitely refer anyone I know who's in the market for a vehicle to him.
